WEEKEND RATE: $500 (2 nights) (3 night min. on Holiday weekends $750)
WEEKDAY RATE: $200 (per night. Monday Through Thursday, Non Holidays)
WEEKLY RATE: $1,000 (6 Nights including weekend)
MONTHLY RATE: $3,500 (*Summer: Mem.Day to Labor day $9K)
ANNUAL RATE: $2500 (per month, plus utilities) with one year lease
Advance reservations for weekends are accepted within 30 days of your booking. Payment in full is needed to secure reservation. (Rates include taxes and utilities, except annual rental).
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: 50% refund for cancellations greater than 21 days prior to arrival.
NO REFUND for cancellations less than 21 days prior to arrival.

Deposit: Credit Card or Check. Greater of $300 or 10% of rental
