Rates might be adjusted for number of people depending on dates. Payment in advance by check, money order or certified check. There is an additional 5% fee for using a credit card. Rental is limited to first come/first served. 30-45 days cancellation as stated on your rental form. Reservations cannot be guaranteed more than 7 days without payment or required signed registration form. Minimum age of all renters to rent is 21 - proof required, unless accompanied by parent. Rates are subject to change and discounts may be given for early registrations or repeat renters.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE SOUTH: approx. 120 miles/2 hrs. from Manhattan. Take NYS Thruway to Exit 20 Saugerties. At light, turn left. First right onto Route 32 North, for approx 7 miles. At fork first left onto Route 32A. Go 1.9 miles. At the end, turn left onto Route 23A.
Approx 10 miles, in village of Hunter,you see entrance to Hunter Mtn. go left over bridge.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE NORTH: approx. 1 hr. from Albany. Take I87 (NYS Thruway) to Exit 21. Travel east on Route 23 to Route 9W South, then onto 23A West. Travel 22 miles until you see the entrance to Hunter Mountain. Go over bridge.

Vacation Rental Amenities
Fully equipped kitchen, separate eat in kitchen area,video center, including board games,3 cable TVs (2 TVs in 1 bedroom unit), fireplace, linens, washing machine, dryer, vacuum, private entrances, free parking.

Nearby are restaurants, bar, fireplace & pool table($) and video games. Lake Dolan, walking distance, has a free sandy beach with mountain fed water for swimming, picnic tables, park benches, walking/bike path and basketball court.

Full size back deck overlooking Catskill mountain ranges. There is also a front deck for easy access (facing Hunter Mtn.) and a lower shaded patio facing Catskill Mtn. ranges. Very scenic.

Activities and Attractions
You can be as busy as you like or relax on the deck and watch the sunset. Sun, rain,or snow, there`s always something to do. Nearby Saugerties has antique shops, restaurants and shopping. Kingston mall has shopping from A to Z - restaurants, and more. Summer evenings are pleasantly cool and there are festivals galore. Spring days are great for hiking, walks and biking. Fall foilage is spectacular - see it on horseback! Winter has everything to do with snow. Hunter and Windham compete for snowmaking. Windham has night skiing. Ice skating/roller rink less than 1 mile. Explore the area - take a drive, see a show, visit a museum or cave, go to a festival. Rent a snowmobile, mountain bikes or quads. Take a horseback or sky ride. Lake Dolan (at the entrance to Hunter Mtn) offers a free sandy beach and clean, cool mountain water.

Hunter Mountain Ski Bowl, Ski Windham, Cortina Valley Tubing Center, Bellayre, and other winter resorts are just minutes away. Snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and ice skating may be enjoyed at nearby sites throughout the winter.
