One could not get much closer to the arena, public beach, tennis courts, shops and restaurants! The first floor has a large, comfortable living room with cable TV, VCR and a DVD player. There is an attached 1 car garage that may be used to store skies, canoes, kayaks and bicycles. There is a fantastic deck on the front of this house, which is perfect for grilling in the Summer time in a great “front porch” community. You’ll find comfortable seating and a gas grill. The back yard is fenced and great for children or pets!
