This charming seasonal cottage is located within the southwestern portion of the Adirondack State Park, eight miles from Route 12 (one hour north of Utica, or one hour south of Watertown, New York).

The cottage is nestled among tall pines and hardwoods overlooking beautiful Brantingham Lake. The great room is open but still cozy with plenty of seating by the wood burning stove. The conversation area includes a queen sleeper-sofa (Sealy Posturepedic mattress) and the dining area has a table for four. The kitchen includes gas stove, microwave and large refrigerator as well as cooking and eating utensils. The bedroom has a new queen bed. A stairway leads you down to your private dock and sandy-bottomed swimming area. A row boat and life vests are provided. There are many local, well-maintained hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and ATV trails. The cabin displays topographic maps and trail maps. Reference materials for day trips are also provided.
