This house is located on a private lake in the Northern Catskill Region. The house is on 240 acres with fields, trails and woods for your personal use. Come relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Revel in the peaceful serenity of the lake and its surroundings. The house sits just 50 feet from the lake. Enjoy hiking, fishing, swimming, and relaxation. Vist the main attractions in our area. Boats, Jet Ski`s, and Snow Mobiles are welcome with permission. We are 30 minutes from Oneonta, Cobleskill, and Delhi. We are 45 minutes from Hunter Mountain, Ski Windham and Cooperstown. The house has 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. We are also 3 hours from New York City. Three Bedrooms have Queen Beds and One Bedroom has Two Singles Beds. Amenities include Private beach with area for small children, Dock for fishing and anchoring boats, Large Porch, Satellite TV, Telephone, Barbeque, Picnic Tables, Row Boat, Horseshoe Pit, washer/dryer, microwave, stove top, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, cookware, dinnerware, flatware, linens, towels, and WI-FI access. Unfortunately, we do not permit pets.
