We are only 5 minutes from WHITEFACE MOUNTAIN SKI RESORT and only 15 minutes from the town of Lake Placid and all its area attractions. The house offers privacy, seclusion and has so much to offer. It has 2 bedrooms plus loft, Fully Equipped kitchen, living room w/tv/vcr, dining area, 1 Full bath, deck, washing machine & dryer, electric baseboard heat and Air conditioning downstairs. There is a wonderful SCREENED in porch which overlooks the woods and you can relax and enjoy nature at its best without the bugs. The house has knotty pine planking throughout. You are only a short walk to a small lake for swimming, tennis courts and basktball courts and there is even a swingset for the kids.
