This house is almost in the hamlet of Pine Hill, close to everything! This charming restored barn has two apartments each of which is $750 per month or $125 a night. I would prefer seasonal or monthly stays beginning in March. Each apartment can fit up to six people(price quoted is for no more than 2 adults and 1 child) with $25 more per adult or child thereafter except if you do a monthly rental or seasonal. We are in a very quiet part of the town. There is one kitchen, one bath, one large living room with many sleeping options, deck, barbeque, field. Just perfect for the artist, musician or writer or skier. The top floor apartment has a cathedral ceiling with fans and air-conditioning. The lower unit also has fans and air-conditioning. Both apartments have two televisions and vcr`s and cable tv. There is a lake in town, the Belleayre Mt trolley passes the house on weekends to take you to the lake or an old train ride or for a ski ride on Belleayres ski lift for a picnic in the summer. Many concerts at Belleayre all summer, flea markets, town events, festivals, auctions, antiques, music events, fishing, tubing, paddleboats, tennis courts in town, golf nearby. We do have spring and senior citizen specials, please call us for the special prices for the end of April, May and June.
