Rental Rates

• $155.00 per night (based on two night stay)
• $185.00 per night (single night rate)
• $795.00 per week
• $2500.00 per month

• Riders` Rest is self-housekeeping
• Rates based on up to 2 adults (4 ladies "For Women Only" weekends)
• Riders` Rest facilities are for paying guests only.

Arrival: 3-6 PM
Departure: By 11:00 AM
NOTE: We will, however, make every effort to accommodate any special requests. Please let us know when you expect to arrive.

Cancellation Policies
We will refund your deposit if notified 14 days (or more) prior to your stay (minus a $25 processing fee). Other late cancellation considerations if the suite can be re-rented.

• A change of date is considered a cancellation
• No-shows are charged the full deposit
