Welcome to the country! Alden`s acres is situated on 50 acres in the beautiful rolling foothills of the Allegany Mountains of Western New York. The land is comprised of open meadows overlooking the mountains, a 1 acre pond and plenty of hills for hiking. The house is a three bedroom, 1-1/2 bath ranch with plenty of space for eight. It has two large decks with plenty of furniture and a grill. It comes fully furnished; in fact, all you need to bring is your clothes and your horse, if you wish.

We have a barn for stabling your horses, and plenty of places to ride. Don`t ride but still find horses to be beautiful to look at? Well just take a walk out toward the pond, and you are sure to see plenty of mares and their foals from the neighboring farm.

There are plenty of things to do, summer and winter, without leaving Alden`s Acres: hiking, short horse rides, fishing, hunting, picture taking, etc. Travel a few miles in any direction, and there are hundreds more activities, from skiing Holiday Valley to visiting the Allegany State Park to boating on Lake Chautaugua to golfing, swimming or shopping.

There is so much to do for the entire family, that everyone will want to return again and again! We are seven miles away from Holiday Valley Ski Resort, so if you are a skier, this is the place to stay. Another mile up the road and you`ll be in the quaint town of Ellicottville, with restaurants and shopping galore. Is antiquing your idea of fun? We are within four miles of several of Western New York`s largest antique malls.

Our home is newly renovated and fully furnished to meet all of your home-away-from-home needs. It comfortably sleeps eight and has 1-1/2 bathrooms. The decor is a mixture of old and new; modern day conveniences combined with the beauty of a beautifully aged antiques complement each other well at Alden`s Acres.

Winter Rates: November 29 to April 15

Weekly: $1,165 (Friday-Thursday)

Daily rates (two night minimum):
$240 per night (Thurs-Sun nights)
$125 per night (Mon-Wed nights)

Holidays are subject to the following pricing:
$280 per night (Thurs-Sun nights)

Boarding Rates
Rates are $5.00 per day per horse. If you request to have hay supplied, there will be an additional cost based on the going rate per bale + $1 for delivery per bale.
