It is only 2 hours (100 miles) outside of NYC. Roaming around the secluded property is a treat. On the mountain, you feel like your on top of the world. You will need a good car though to scale up the 750-ft. driveway to the house, but it is worth every foot. The magnificent views of the Delaware River are wonderful and powerful.

You can see the views throughout the house, property, by walking, hiking or sitting in the hot tub. The house has about 1500 sq feet (upstairs and downstairs) of room, with all of the luxury appointments you would want from a sensuous retreat. Upstairs you`ll find oak wood floors, elegant carpets and decorative appointments. You will feel the spirit of the place, with art from around the world (India, Morroco, China).

Southern exposure and a full daylight wall capture the sun, and evening imagination. Want something to do? Perhaps you want to soak in the outdoor hot tub and look at mountain, river or starlit sky? Or, go for a walk and enjoy the mountain? What about learning yoga or massage? You decide, it`s all here for your body, mind and soul.

Well cared for, this property is fully landscaped with rock walls, benches and neat nooks or places to go for talks, walks or strolls. Go down to the Delaware river, where complete river rights grant you access to 1000+ feet of private property. You can sit, walk or swim, watching rafts, tubes and canoes pass by during lazy afternoons.
