The house itself is nestled on two acres at the base of Romer Mountain. It has a large yard surrounded by state land. It is a five room fully furnished ranch house. It has two bedrooms and a loft, all with double beds. There is a full kitchen and bath. It also has a nice fireplace, sun porch, and outside, a side deck and covered back porch to enjoy the mountain air.
The Esopus Creek is just across the road. It offers great fishing, tubing, and swimming. Wilson State Park and Belleayre Lake are just minutes away. Both offer swimming with the safety of a lifeguard. The winter offers both downhill and cross-country skiing at nearby Belleayre - Plattekill - Hunter - Windham, all within short drives.

All stay rates are 1-4 people. $25 each additional person per stay with 6 person Maximum.
