RESERVATIONS/DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your week. This deposit is due within 7-10 days after receipt of your lease agreement in order to firm up your reservations. The balance is due 30 days prior to your occupancy. There is a $300.00 refundable security deposit due with the first payment.
