A $1000.00 security deposit which will be promptly returned after 30 days. The rental period is a full seven nights, from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in time is 3:00pm on Sunday (keys will not be given out prior to check-in time). Incoming guests will greatly appreciate your courteous observance of the 11:00am check-out time.

After you have confirmed the available dates for your stay, we will hold your reservation for five days, pending the receipt of your deposit. We accept cash, travelers checks and major credit cards.

All kitchen amenities are provided including a full compliment of pots and pans, utensils, dishes, flatware, microwave, blender, and food processor. Linens can be ordered through a local linen service recommended by owner.
