Rent a 3 story beautiful 5 bedroom/ 3 full bath corner townhouse in residential North Wildwood, New Jersey; only one block away from the beach and 5 blocks from the beginning of the boardwalk. Located on the corner of 10th Ave. and Ocean Ave. with a great beach view.
This unit has 3 car parking garage, bikes, beach chairs, kites, boogie boards, crab trap, sand toys, propane gas grill and surf boards in garage. Enter through front door or through garage into a 1st floor game room with a 8 foot, slate top pool table and projector screen television.
Up one flight of stairs and you are on the level with an oceanview. This level has a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, livingroom with 60" television, two huge couches ( one is a queen sofa bed ), two great comfy chairs and two large ottomans. This same level has a bedroom, full bathroom, laundry room with washer, dryer and storage. Then off the livingroom with ocean view is a huge deck ( 20` x 12`) containing 2 chaise lounges and a rectangular table with 7 rocker arm chairs. We can fit up to ten people around the table. The view is fantastic !
Up the 2nd flight of steps and you have a master bedroom and master bath which have an incredible view of the ocean either from the king size four poster bed or the catwalk deck off the bedroom. This level also has 3 more spacious bedrooms and a full bath .
