Smoke detectors #3, CO detector and 2 fire extinguishers.

TV, living room & bedroom.

No linens, towels, or toiletries supplied.
No smoking, pets, illegal substances, candles, or open flames of any kind.

Renter is responsible for the following,
All damaged and missing items.
No perishables to be left in refrigerator.
Garbage to be placed into refuse container.
Resupply of paper goods Kitchen & Bath.
General cleaning for next guests.

Wednesday Night Fire Works on the beach.
Located two blocks from the beach and boardwalk.
Walk to great restaurants and shops.
Near several grocery/food stores.
Walk to the bay to rent a wave runner or a boat for crabbing.
Fishing from the bay pier or boardwalk.

Near by public golf courses and miniature golf.
A few minutes’ drive to the native sandy beaches of “Island beach State Park”.
Less than a 60 minute drive to Atlantic City.


Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
(check-in: 2pm / check-out: 11am)
$500 security deposit and a $75 cleaning deposit (both are refundable after post-occupancy inspection).
Full payment is required 30 days prior to stay.
