Asbury Park with its vibrant feel is an short walk down the boardwalk. Commuting to NYC is easy from the nearby train stations. A NJ Transit bus stops to Port Authority on Main Ave. A half hour away, the ferry from Sandy Hook quickly reaches lower Manhattan.

This property, on one floor with only a few steps to the porch level is suitable for someone needing a walker or cane.
