TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- NO GROUPS/NO PETS/NO SMOKING
- Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

- Personal linens and towels are not included
- $600 security deposit and a $75 cleaning deposit (both are refundable after post-occupancy inspection)
- 50% downpayment is required at reservation and the remaining balance (plus security and cleaning security) are required 60 days prior to stay.
