You can wake up and be at the beach in 5 minutes. You can walk along the beach or boardwalk anytime, day or night. You can read a book, enjoy a barbecue or lay in the hammock in the backyard.
This private home is located in a quiet, family-oriented area of Pt Pleasant Beach, NJ & sleeps small families of 4-6. One bedroom has a queen & twin plus a large closet & chest of drawers, the 2nd bedroom has a twin & trundle (can be used as 1 or 2 twins or a queen), a closet & drawers. The bathroom is newly tiled & has a tub & shower. The new, full kitchen has new cabinets & is eat-in kitchen (4) & includes microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dinnerware, silverware, pots & pans, etc. The living room has leather couches & Big Screen, Cable TV (over 200 channels), DVD, Wireless Internet, & lovely views of the nearby marina & sunsets. Central A/C throughout. There is an enclosed porch with a small bistro table & 2 chairs plus views & can be used to put your beach stuff. There is a large backyard with a grill, outdoor table & cushioned chairs & even a great hammock!
1 Parking Space on site. 2 Adult Beach passes are included. All you need are sheets & towels to move in! Sorry no pets.

There are also lots of restrooms, ice cream, snack & gift shop. Short walk to amusement park, rides, arcades, games, slot machines, miniature golf (4 courses), fun house, rock climb, batting cage, aquarium & more. Near marina with boat rentals, fishing, paddlewheel boat excursions, banana boat, parasailing & water taxi. Near lots of restaurants from fast food to fine dining---all eateries are kid-friendly. Only a 5 minute drive to train station. ONLY 5 minute drive to town with supermarket or shop at our wonderful antique stores, boutiques, nautical decor shops & other stores! 15 minute drive to new, upscale, NAME BRAND shopping outlet.
