Best shore rental in Seaside Heights! You’ll be on the desired north side of town, around the corner from MTV’s Jersey Shore house, in a new construction, three bedroom, one and a half bath cottage. Parking is included. The lot is situated in an off-street setting featuring a large private deck with a new gas grill, but although private, it’s just a 100 yard walk to the boardwalk and beachfront. The cottage has two secure entrances and sleeps eight with two full-size beds and two full-size futons. The facility has air conditioning, ceiling fans, high-speed internet access, cable television, and DVD player. It has a full kitchen, microwave, blender, coffee maker and large stew pot for lobster, crabs and any other treats the shore has to bring.

To preserve the new construction, the rental is perfect for families - prom, high school or college groups need not apply – rental includes beach passes for four for the time of your stay. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. No pets, no smoking, and personal linens and towels are not included.

Credit cards and Paypal are accepted. Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. There is a $300 deposit and a $75 cleaning deposit for all rentals – both are refundable after post-occupancy inspection. 50% down at reservation is required and the remaining balance plus the two deposits are required 60 days prior to stay.
