Each apartment has private 330 sq. ft. wrap-around porches for outdoor relaxation with a beautiful view. Each apartment has own grill. Kitchen has stainless appliances, dishwasher, granite counters,   Full bath with shower / tub. Also, apartments have a safe for valuables.

1st floor (sleeps 6-tight 7) 1st bedroom has 1 King & 1 twin pull out and 2nd bedroom has 2 twins(can be joined to make a king) ,, plus a sofa bed couch (queen) in living room. 2nd floor -sleeps 6 - 2 bedrooms, 1 queen and 2 twins (can be joined to make a king), and full-bed pull out couch in living room.

Check-in at 3PM on Saturday and Check-out is at 10 am on Saturday

Upon receipt of a 50 percent deposit, you will receive a confirmation letter. Upon checking in, the remainder is due in cash or money order plus a $500 Security Deposit (cash or money order only). Security deposit will be refunded( by check via mail) upon inspection of the unit with all items returned and unit in same condition as checking-in. Absolutely no smoking in the units Thank-You
