Located just 1 block from town and 4 blocks from the beach, this charming, modernized Victorian house has all the amenities sought for a summer vacation. Located in a quiet neighborhood, and surrounded by flower beds and neatly trimmed lawns for your quiet delight, it has a double garage and ample off-street parking in the long driveway.

Weekly Lawn Maintenance and a Sprinkler System ensures the lushness of the surroundings. A Barbeque on the Deck and Lawn Furniture are there for your enjoyment.

And, for your pleasure, 2 Mountain Bikes and a Kiddies Pool are included in the package.

The Front Porch with its Wicker Furniture will be a pleasant alternative to the Central Air Conditioning on those lazy, warm evenings where you can relax and reflect on the day.

Downstairs in the house:

1. Living Room with a large TV and stereo (raised off the floor).

2. Dining Room with a beautiful chandelier and a 4-seat setting.

3. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and cabinets.

4. Day Bedroom (single bed) with a built in closet and access to the Deck.

5. A full Bathroom with a bath/shower and all amenities.

6. Laundry Room equipped with a large washer and dryer and ironing facilities.

Upstairs in the house:

1. Master Bedroom (double bed) with a built-in closet and mirrored vanity.

2. Second Bedroom (double bed) with a built-in closet and nursing armchair.

3. Third Bedroom (double bed) with a built-in closet, TV, and chest of drawers.

4. Fourth Bedroom (single-size double bunk bed) desk, TV, chest, and built in closet.

5. A full Bathroom with bath/shower and all amenities.

Notes:

a) Two rooms are closed off to store excess furniture and owner’s personal belongings

b) The basement is unfinished. It should not be used except by tradesmen for emergencies

c) A Security deposit is charged. It will be returned within one month at the ned of the rental period accompanied by billed deductions for electric, gas, and Pay-Per-View

d) A Municipal C.O. is issued for 8 people, including children, at any one time.

e) Sorry – No Groups; No Pets. The rental is intended for one family
