This home is located on one of the most popular and sought after streets in Point Pleasant Beach. Situated across the street from Lake Louise, the house has a peek a boo view of the lake. Public access to the lake is provided so bring your canoe or kayack. If you prefer the beach, pack your towel and bathing suit and just walk approx. 2 blocks to the famous Jenkinsons beach and boardwalk. You can enjoy spectacular views of the fireworks each Thursday night from the front lawn.
The house is a large charming two story Cape Cod style home that has been totally renovated from top to bottom. As you enter the home there is a large open plan family room  with leather couches and a flat screen tv. Basic cable is provided for your enjoyment. The Family room opens unto the kitchen and separate dining area. There are  hardwood floors throughout the home. The dining area has a sliding door which opens out to a large patio area and BBQ grill. The huge yard is fenced in.  Back inside the home on the ground floor there is a separate laundry room, a full bathroom and two bedrooms. Each bedroom contains a Queen size bed.  As we continue our tour upstairs you will find an additional full bathroom with two more bedrooms with hardwood floors and  Queen size beds.

The house has central air conditioning, so for those individuals who are light sleepers, you will enjoy a restful night without noisy window units. Four beach badges are included for the duration of your stay. We also have off street parking for approx. three cars.

Winter Oct.1 to May 15, 2012 $175 P/N minimum 2 night stay plus $100 cleaning fee or $1400 monthly.
