This 3 story house is divided between two sections. One on the first floor and the second using floors 2 and 3. The section using the second and third floor is available for rent for $3200-$2400 per week from June 23rd up to and including Labor Day and from $1400-$3150 during the spring and fall seasons. The week runs from Saturday at 3 P.M. until Saturday 10 A.M. Please call if you have any questions.(Call for availability of both floors)

The second and third floor unit sleeps a total of 14. There are 1 king, 1 queen, 6 doubles.
