Beach Bungalow: 5 houses from the Boardwalk.

Non-smoking: 3 bedrooms (2 full beds, 1 queen bed,) full bath, full screen in front porch, half back porch, full living room, outdoor shower.  Window a/c units in all bedrooms and living room. Ceiling fan on front porch.  Small dog under 15 lbs allowed with additional deposit.  2 beach badges included with lease.

Multiple week discount is available.

Rental deposit: A nonrefundable $200 deposit per week is required with signed lease, which reduces rent due.

Damage & Badge deposit: A deposit will be required with each rental, which will be refundable less any expenses for damages, missing beach badges, or fines.  Damage & badge deposit is $200 per week, is in addition to rent due.

Small dog deposit: An additional pet deposit of $100 for small dogs under 15 lbs, which will be refundable less any expenses for damages.  The pet deposit is in addition to rent due. No cats allowed.
