835 Delancey Place is a majestic and charming Victorian Ocean City home with all the modern day amenities including central air conditioning. It has a huge wrap-around porch for enjoying a cold drink and relaxing. There are 8 bedrooms along with 3 full bathrooms. The dining room has a large table with plenty of room for all to gather around. The living room is equipped with a TV, DVD, VCR and surround sound stereo. The kitchen features all new appliances including a microwave. There is also a washer and dryer. The Beach and boardwalk are just a block away. The Northend of Ocean City has all the convenience you`re looking for without the crowds and noise. A great home for a family vacation!

The house was built in 1909 and is a classic Ocean City home. It has all the charm of an old shore home with all the modern day amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms have all been remodeled. The living room and dining room have beautiful woodwork and hardwood floors. Central air conditioning was installed for the top 2 floors in the Spring of 2002. The furnishings match the style of the home.

The house has 8 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have queen size beds, 2 full size bed and the other 3 have two single beds in each room. The sofa in the living room has a pull out full size bed. The house sleeps 16. The dining room has a large table with 10 chairs. There is off-street parking for 1 or 2 vehicles.
