November 2012 update
Our beach house and the town of Bradley Beach survived Sandy. The beach house had only minor damage, a couple of missing shingles on the roof, and the town itself had probably the least amount of damage of any NJ shore town. Thank goodnes for the 25` dunes that held back the sea for a prolonged period of time during this monumental hurricane. I have been assured that the World Class Beaches of Bradley will once again be in shape for the upcoming 2013 Summer Season.
Our hearts and prayers go out to our fellow beach house owners who were not as fortunate as we are.
WINTER RENTAL
We are offering the upstairs unit 2 bedrooms) for winter rental for $1200 per month, fully furnished (minimum 4 month rental). It is ideal for someone who travels lite...just bring your clothes everything else is provided including all utilities and even wifi. Want to get away from it all and enjoy peace and quiet...well here it is? Oceanfront living at it best!

Second Floor - CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONED!!! Fantastic full ocean & beach view from the living room (w/new Sharp LCD HD cable TV & DVD player) that opens up to large deck with Weber gas grill. Two bedrooms, futon in LR, full bath, kitchen w/ Berber carpet & freshly painted throughout.
We provide the location and fully stocked home (including 4 adult beach badges, WIFI access, numerous chairs/lounges, umbrellas and boogie boards)...you supply the amount of fun!!!!
Walk to New York City trains and local restaurants. Convenient to travel to NYC, Philly and Atlantic City. Equally distant to Washington DC and Boston.
Always boardwalk activity! Swimming,surf lessons available, Beach volleyball, kite flying, children`s play area, miniature golf, Bingo Hall, salt water surf fishing and Party Boats, Point Pleasant`s Amusement Park, Boardwalk, biking, rollerblading, bocci ball courts, beach combing, boating, a 5 minute walk to site-seeing in historic Ocean Grove, the capital of Victorian homes in America, throughbred horse racing at Monmouth Park and Freehold Raceway (for trotters) along with car racing, only 20 mins away.
This house is ideal for a family reunion since the entire house can be opened up for single family use via an interior door that separates the upstairs and downstairs.
