5th bedroom - Twin bed

- Includes most of the comforts you enjoy at home including a flat-screen LCD TV, high speed wireless Internet access, cable TV with, stereo system with iPod dock, DVD player, and washer/dryer.

- A full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, and all cooking utensils. 

- Off-street parking on driveway and garage.

- A large fenced in back yard with a spacious deck, a patio set, and a Weber natural gas grill. So no worries about propane tank running out!

- A convenient outside shower with hot and cold water to shower or wash off the sand!!

- Four bikes

- Some beach chairs and beach toys are provided, as well as  a large wagon for transport to beach.

Weekly Summer Rate (Saturday to Saturday): $2500
