This past year has been a devastating one for the Jersey shore. Despite weathering storms year in and year out, it is without a doubt that Sandy was the worst storm we have experienced in the last 50 years. Despite Sandy’s impact on the Jersey shore, we are confident that we will be ready for the 2013 vacation season as our section and properties in Manahawkin/Beach Haven West sustained minimal damage. This year I would like to extend a special rental price for the season of $1000.00 per week from May to the end of July.
We are offering our home for weekly rentals on the New Jersey shore in Beach Haven West, from May through August. It has three bedrooms, a comfortable living room, well stocked kitchen and a bright and spacious sunroom. There are also a washer, dryer and outside clothes line.We have an outdoor shower.All rooms including each bedroom have air conditioning that can be set to individual comfort needs. All three bedrooms have ample sleeping space with a queen size bed in one and two twin beds in each of the other bedrooms. The kitchen features a convenient cooking and dining area. It is outfitted with a full assortment of pots and pans if you enjoy cooking, as well as dishes, utensils, and accessories for any set up. The sunroom also has a dining area and features two futons and a view of the lagoon. The lagoon is accessible from a large dock for swimming or you are a mere five minute from the clean, expansive beaches on Long Beach Island. The yard has a large picnic table with umbrella and gas grill (lp) for those outdoor cookouts overlooking the peaceful lagoon. There is ample parking in the driveway or on the street. There are choices of restaurants with the best food to satisfy a wide variety of tastes. Beaches, museums, and Fantasy Island are right over the bridge on LBI, not to mention we are located a half hour from Atlantic City.
