It`s vacation time! This might just be the perfect beach rental for your family. This is our vacation home to share with other beach lovers. We were beach house renters for many years and experienced the good, bad and ugly. With that in mind, we put a lot of thought and care into the furnishings, bedding, and décor.

This spacious 2nd floor (top floor) condominium is clean, clean, clean! Our condominium has nice furniture including high quality Sealy mattresses. There is a living room with a 42” flat screen TV with DVD player, and TV`s in all of the bedrooms.

The large kitchen has beautiful maple cabinets, corian countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The kitchen is equipped with a full array of cookware and utensils for the chef in the family.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with sheets provided. There is an ocean view from one of the windows in the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds in each room. The living room also has a queen size sofa bed.

Now let`s talk location, location, location. We are situated in a quiet part of North Wildwood, just two short blocks to the beach. We are within a few blocks to the inlet, a lighthouse, the boardwalk, and a 1 mile long seawall popular for jogging or strolling. Russo`s (a great sandwich shop!) is located one block away. There are several pubs located at 2nd st.

The condominium is a corner property, located on 9th and Surf avenues. It is bright and beachy with a cathedral ceiling and plenty of windows. There is a large 13` x 12` deck with great panoramic views. Parking is great! There is a carport that can easily park 2 cars, and there is a storage closet for beach items, bikes, etc.

The condo has central air and ceiling fans in every room with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.

There is a private, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. You will also have access to the internet (wireless) for those who would like to be able to use their computer. All internal areas of the condo have been painted with great colors.     

We only have a few hard fast rules. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, and families only.

Refundable security deposit is required.
