Due to the devastations caused by Hurricane Sandy, we are also experiencing early rental requests for the Summer 2013 season.  If you had rented with us before and would like to come again, please contact us early as we would like to be able to meet your requests. New renters always welcome!

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar with deck off kitchen with ocean view features refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and gas stove/oven.
Glassware, china, silverware, pots/pans and other cooking utensils are provided.


Living and Entertainment:
The living room features two couches and a chair.One couch with a queen pull-out.
Large color television, Comcast cable, DVD in the living room with internet connections!
Televisions with DVD in master bedroom and twin bedroom.

Central air conditioning and gas heat.
Ceiling fans
Laundry facilities features full size washer and dryer.

Outdoors/Swimming Pool:
Unit is one block from the beach. Access to private beach and includes beach tags.
The complex offers a Swimming pool with large seating area and chaise lounges.

Modern up to date furnishings and decor.
The unit is professionally cleaned and inspected each week prior to guests’ arrival.
Owners are available locally should any problems arise.
