A Premium Home in Excellent Condition offers 4 Bedrooms plus a huge Great Room to comfortably sleep up to 17 people, with 3.5 Bathrooms plus an outside shower-house. Enjoy inside dining for up to 18 with Sunset Views, plus Covered Porch tables & chairs for 16 to dine "al fresco" looking out over the Bay. A large Living Room w/ fireplace looks out to the Bay, and even the Kitchen and Wet Bar have Bay Views.
