- Monthly and seasonal rates available upon request; inquire via email/telephone for both in-season and off-season monthly rates
- We prefer not to rent to “beach shares” as this is also our personal vacation property
- We will not rent to un-chaperoned after-parties during prom weekends and/or senior week.
- 20% of rental or minimum of $500 security deposit required in addition to listed price fully refundable after the completion of the lease term, barring any damage.

You and your family will LOVE spending their summer vacation and indulging in this luxury townhouse, where they can conveniently walk to the beach, hear the wave crash, and smell the salty air.
