OCEANFRONT BEACH HOUSE ON THE SURF OF THE FANTASTIC AND BEAUTIFUL ATLANTIC OCEAN

Beach house consists of kitchen, living room, dining area overlooking the ocean. There are four bedrooms and two baths. Master bedroom has enclosed, sitting/reading room with 180 degree view of the Atlantic, and house is centrally air-conditioned. 50" Toshiba big screen TV, and washer/dryer. There is an ocean-front deck with lounge furniture and gas barbecue. There`s an outside shower and dressing room for beach-goers and parking for two cars. Sorry - NO PETS! You`re all set for surfing, swimming, jogging, surf fishing and beachside barbecues. We are close to Jenkinson`s Aquarium and all amusements and entertainment. "Come on Down!"

Summer Weeks (Peak): July and August $3900. Week

   We ask for a $500.00 security deposit which will be promptly returned after 15 days. The rental period is a full seven nights, from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 3:00pm on Saturday (keys will not be given out prior to check-in time). Incoming guests will greatly appreciate your courteous observance of the 10:00 am check-out time.

After you have confirmed the available dates for your stay, we will hold your reservation for seven days, pending the receipt of your deposit.  

The home is furnished with most of the basic kitchen items needed, such as dishes, flatware and kitchen utensils. Linens are not provided as part of your rental. Please bring your own food, linens, blankets, towels, toiletries, etc.
