This "Beach Block" property features three decks, hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, and an oversized kitchen with counter seating.

The first floor consists of three bedrooms and a full bath.One bedroom has 2 twin beds, one has 1 twin and bunk beds, and one has a queen size bed & TV.

The second floor has hardwood flooring throughout. This floor consists of an oversized kitchen with dining area and living room.
There are two decks on this level. One deck has direct sun in the morning and afternoon and has an umbrella table. The rear deck has complete shade. There are tables and chairs on both decks.
The third floor also has a deck, a large Master Suite with a king size bed,(we will provide linens if necessary for this bed) and a separate entertainment room with TV/DVD and a futon bed. It has a very large walk-in ceramic tile shower.

There is a large fenced in yard in the rear, complete with a gas barbeque grill. There is also an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water.

This property is fully air conditioned, with ceiling fans throughout.

There are 3 TV`s and 2 DVD players.

Complimentary wireless internet provided!

Owner will provide eight beach tags. Children under 12, no tag required.

WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS OF ANY KIND.

Sorry: No Pets. We only rent May through September.
