This condo is rented for the 2012 summer season!  

Second floor 2 bedroom condominium (one queen, two twins, and a full sofa-sleeper).  This newly furnished condo has all the comforts of home. The eat-in kitchen with its new major appliances is fully stocked with cooking essentials and small appliances. All the air-conditioners are new as well as a new washer/dryer.

The condo also has a deck off the living room and an outside shower to rinse off from the beach. This unit has it`s own parking spot and is a short walk to beach and bay.

 
This condo is located near Margate`s trendy restaurants and hot spots, Steve and Cookies, Lamberti`s, Memories, Sofia, and Tomato`s. The location is also prime for a ten minute ride to Atlantic City or Ocean City`s boardwalk.

No pets allowed.
