    Great Views Of Ocean and There is Wonderful Ocean breeze from "ALL" windows, this includes all 4 bedroom windows. This is very hard to find!!! Wake up in your bed/bedroom and know you are at the shore and are on the beach. Life is Good.

   These condos will embrace your family with a playful and unforgettable vacation. Combine this happiness with spectacular ocean views. The complex is located on the boardwalk with a direct private boardwalk access. There is a gorgeous oversized heated pool for your enjoyment. The expansive pool deck is outfitted with lounge chairs, tables & chairs and umbrellas. The pool deck overlooks the boardwalk, beach and ocean. Here on the pool deck take in the view while you enjoy meals, snacks, sunbathing, sipping a tropical drink or gazing at the star filled sky at night. The beach is only few steps away.

   Please know if you need more space for friends and/or family have them rent the other condo. We have two condos side by side (total of 4 bedrooms and 2 Baths and will sleep a up to a total of 12). Both condos have all the same amenities. 

   Inside each condo you will find them to be super clean, comfortable, sunny, and very nicely decorated throughout with vaulted ceilings. The living rooms have queen sofa beds, a 32" LED TV & DVD. The dining area has seating for six and a counter with two bar stools. The kitchens are fully equipped with full sized appliances. Two private bedrooms that provide you with Great Views, closets and TVs (one bedroom has a Queen bed while the other has a full bed). One full bathroom per condo.   
   Start your vacation with an early morning walk, jog or bike ride on the famous "Three Mile Boardwalk". You will find plenty of food, fun, rides and shops on the boardwalk. You will also want to take a stroll on nearby Asbury Ave. where you will find great shops and eateries. Just 20 minutes North you will find exciting Atlantic City casinos and 30 minutes South is Historic Cape May & the Cape May Zoo.

     All this will make your much deserved vacation a relaxing and enjoyable one. So just bring your linens, towels and toothbrush.

   We can supply the bed linens for an additional fee. There are also linen service companies that can provide linens, if you need more info. Please ask.

 Check-in is on Saturdays at 2PM (Possible 12 noon check-in, beat all the traffic, be unpacked and on the beach before the other tenants arrive in Ocean City, call for more info.)                           

 Check-out is the following Saturday at 10AM

$300 security/cleaning deposit plus 1/3 of rental rate at time of booking. 1/3 of rental rate due at a agreed upon date between owner and tenant. Final balance due 30 days prior to rental week. (4) Beach tags available with an additional $25.00 deposit per tag which is refundable with return of beach tag(s)
